This food is delicious and extremely affordable. One meal feeds 2 people. I like the bean and rice because I am getting my fiber. I think the jerk season is the best I have ever had so fantastic. Glad it's close to home

They are such a great place to get food!!! You won't be able to find any tastier or soul-warming food in Antioch than here. They also have vegan options. I highly recommend you get the chickpea curry. I still think about it when I'm not eating it! Also, the staff is so friendly and kind. The dessert options are great as well, with vegan donuts! Once you walk into the store, you are greeted with warming and homey smells.

I love this place. I've been getting takeout there since they opened a few years ago. Everything I've had has been excellent, and the portions are pretty large so I usually have some leftovers for another meal. Last, the owner is super nice and does her best to accommodate requests.

Might I say the best food in Antioch? I’ve been coming here for the past two years and originally I was living in South Bend, Indiana and then visited here on the whim when I visited some family here. Honestly the Jerk Chicken has actually gotten BETTER than when I first tried it. I don’t know what ingredients they changed but now it’s the perfect amount of spice and the meat falls off the bone. The portions are still generous as when I first ate here and the food STAYS FRESH! You’re never getting stale food here folks. It’s very flavorful and seasoned so well. The prices aren’t too much and you get your money’s worth. Also the owner is super nice and accommodating. I do have to say that parking can be difficult as street parking is required, so it can be difficult to find a spot on a busy day. But overall a delicious experience and the only restaurant that’s my go to in Antioch

We were looking for a restaurant that offered vegan options close to a show we were going to in downtown Antioch. We saw in some of the reviews that it was a good idea to reach out ahead of time to see what was available off of the menu. Because of that, we called the day before just to make sure the vegan options would be available. When we picked up the food last Friday evening, everything was very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. I finally had a chance to stop in and grabbed a chicken and pork plate. Let me tell you it was nothing short of amazing, exactly what I was looking for. The flavor and authenticity was incredible. We ate at the small bistro top bar facing Main Street and it was awesome. It’s beautifully decorated and quaint. The politeness and genuine home cooking from a different culture makes this place a return stop for sure. If you like jerk style and want to introduce your tastebuds to something different, it’s absolutely fantastic. Thank you for the hospitality and the great food.

Hostesses were fabulous. Food was amazing. Call before going and make sure they are open. Go, just go and grab some food to eat. You will love it. We had just about everything they offer and it was all lovely.
